You'll see, it's effortless, you just have to wash your hair one last time, and that's it! OIL BATH


  It is time to take an oil bath and take a walk all day long in total decompression before going to wash your hair! We advise you to do one a week so as not to grease your hair too much. How to proceed? It's simple: choose an oil (coconut, avocado, olive, almond according to your expectations). Separate your hair, and deposit the oil from your roots to the tips on each wick. DETOX LEMON JUICE

Since we are in quarantine, it is the moment to stink of the egg and to rebuild our health thanks to them. For your hair, you need to take a bowl and: beat an egg, add a tablespoon of olive oil, and two of mayonnaise. Mix, apply everything on all the hair, leave on for around twenty minutes, and rinse the hair with cold water! And for the face: mix an egg white with two teaspoons of lemon juice and a tablespoon of honey. Apply it on the face for 10 minutes minimum, rinse with lukewarm water, and tadaaaaa your face is purified!

DETOX CURE FOR NAILS


  Yep, we tend to forget about them, but yet we have to take care of them, and with confinement, we have an excuse to do so. Start already by removing your varnish if you have it, then you have to massage your nails, either in the morning or in the evening, with a little oil (almond, castor oil, coconut ...). Then erase them, not too hard and especially at the contours to remove the dead skin around the nail. Rub the nails with a piece of lemon which has detoxifying properties. And finally, we file we do not cut, so we do not damage the keratin! There you go, your nails are going to nickel after that.



STRETCH!


  Every morning or evening before bed, you can do small stretches to relax your body and reconnect with it. You can: stretch your arms above your head as much as you want to touch the ceiling for several seconds and then release. Repeat this exercise three times. To relax your shoulders, you can spread your legs to the width of your shoulders, then make arm circles from front to back then vice versa ten times in each direction. For your back and legs, you can sit with your legs stretched out in front of you, press your left foot against the inside of your right thigh and slowly tilt forward, avoiding rounding your back, until 'at the stretch threshold.
