How to Make Lasagna?

The ingredients 

  • Three hundred grams of lasagna.

How to prepare 

  • The first start with making the meat mixture, bring a deep pot and put it over medium heat, then add oil to it and leave it to heat. 
  • Add the meat to the bowl and stir it with a wooden spoon until the water dries and becomes brown. 
  • Add salt, oregano, garlic, onions, black pepper, and onion to the meat, then stir until the onions wither, add the basil and water, then cover the pot and leave for five minutes over the fire. 
  • Bring a large frying pan to prepare the mushroom mixture, then add the butter to it and put it over medium heat until it melts. 
  • Add mushrooms to butter and stir the mixture with a wooden spoon until the mushrooms fade and their water dries, then remove from heat and set aside. 
  • Bring a medium deep saucepan to prepare the Bechamel sauce, then add the flour and butter and put it on medium heat, stir the mixture with the wooden spoon until the flour is roasted. The smell will appear, then add the milk and stir the mixture constantly with the whiskey until the mixture boils and get a light texture sauce. 
  • Install the mesh rack in the middle of the oven, then heat the oven at a temperature of one hundred and seventy degrees Celsius. 
  • Bring a tray made of pyrex, and add a bit of Bechamel sauce to the bottom, then distribute the lasagna slices to form the first layer. 
  • Place the first layer of lasagna on the meat mixture and then the mushroom mixture, then sprinkle a little mozzarella, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese, then put a little b├ęchamel sauce on top of the cheese mixture. 
  • Apply a second layer of lasagna slices, then repeat the previous step until you are finished adding b├ęchamel sauce, then sprinkle the remaining amount of the cheese mixture. 
  • Place the lasagna tray in the oven and leave it for a quarter of an hour until its surface turns red. 
  • Remove the tray from the oven after the time has passed, leave it until you rest for ten minutes, and then serve immediately.
