Pizza dough 


Ingredients 

  • Tablespoon of yeast. 
  • A cup and a half of warm water. 
  • Three and a half cups of flour. 
  • Tablespoon of olive oil. 
  • Pinch of salt. 
  • Tablespoon of sugar. 

How to prepare 

  • We put the yeast in warm water with a tablespoon of sugar, and leave it for five minutes until air bubbles appear on it. 
  • We put the flour in a large bowl, form a hole in the middle, and put the yeast mixture in the middle. 
  • We put the olive oil in the middle too, stir the mixture and start the kneading process. 
  • Continue to knead until the dough holds together. 
  • We paint the bowl with oil and put the dough in it. 
  • Cover the container with a clean piece of cloth and leave it in a warm place to ferment, that is until it doubles in size and may take anywhere from 50 to 60 minutes. 
  • Put a little flour on the table, then spread the dough and soften it.


Pizza dough with milk 


Ingredients 

  • Four tablespoons of yogurt. 
  • Two eggs. 
  • Three-quarters of a cup of vegetable oil. 
  • Two cups of warm water. 
  • Six cups of sifted white flour. 
  • Six tablespoons of powdered milk. 
  • Pinch of salt. 
  • Three tablespoons of sugar. 
  • Two tablespoons of instant yeast. 

How to prepare 

  • Mix the dry ingredients. 
  • Mix the liquid ingredients together with the smoothie mixer on a slow basis. 
  • We mix all the ingredients together and knead them with the hand, and leave the dough until ferment for half an hour, then put it in the tray, and put the pizza materials on it: vegetables, mushrooms, and others, depending on the desire. It can be diluted or increased according to the desire and the state of health and cheese, then put it In the oven over medium heat, then serve.

Tips 



  • You can make pizza dough a day earlier, knead it, and put it in the fridge for the next day. 
  • You can grill pizza dough, but after you ferment and double its size, all you have to do before use is to take it out of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours, then at room temperature 4 hours. 
  • For thin pizza dough, divide the dough in half.
